SiteQuest Services LLC was founded in 2021 as a small, highly trained, specialty company offering utility locating, GPR, drone aerial surveys, and Phase I due diligence services.
Our founder, Randy C. Irwin, PG, holds a Master’s degree in geology and is a licensed professional geologist. He is also a FAA-licensed drone pilot and has received OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training. His passion for safety and interest in the epidemic of utility strikes across the nation led him down the path of retiring from site remediation consulting to become an entrepreneur and start SiteQuest Services.
Mr. Irwin brings over 20 years of environmental consulting industry experience, including managing complex multimedia remediation projects for public and private corporations in the manufacturing, utilities, transportation, telecommunications, banking, and insurance sectors. He is a due diligence expert having authored, co-authored, or managed hundreds of Phase I ESA projects since 1999.
